So my daughter had her birthday party earlier this month and I had prepared her layouts all ready for the photos. Check it out by going over to that link. I still haven't printed them out yet but here is the layout I made using just cardstock and my Cricut.

And here is a banner I made for decoration behind the table :) I used retired cardstock colors and retired ribbon. Might as well use it for something ;)

EDIT: Added Photos ;)

February SOTM Blog Hop - Balloon Animals

Hello and welcome to CTMH's Stamp of the Month Blog Hop. This week our featured Stamp of the Month is called Balloon Animals.

If you have just joined us you can start here and continue on, as this is a circular hop or if you get lost along the way you can start at the beginning with Melinda's Blog as she has the complete list. If you came here from GINA'S LITTLE CORNER OF STAMPIN' HEAVEN you are in the right place. Now on to my project:

It just so happens that February's SOTM is a Birthday themed set and my daughter's birthday is in February. Perfect isn't it? ;) Haha. Here is an image showing the different pieces to the stamp set:

So for my daughter's 2nd birthday we decided to do a Curious George themed party. She absolutely adores George plus she is just as curious as he is. Typical toddler. Here are the invitations I set out.

I copied and pasted a coloring page of Curious George into word and shrunk it down, making it the size I wanted. Then I had my daughter color them. I dry embossed the yellow background with our striped embossing folder. I used 3 different alphabet stamp sets to do the invitations: Capture the Date (Retired), Polka Dot (Retired) and You are my Happy Alphabet (Retired).

I also made the layouts for her birthday party pictures to be put in once the party happens. Yes, I am just that organized lol. I made a 2 page layout and 2 one page layouts that can be put together. The first pages will show her general photos from her birthday party. Here is a sneak peek:

To see the entire layout you will have to check back here on February 15 at 8 pm as it will be part of another Blog Hop. The next page will showcase her pictures of her cake and ice cream. Mmmmmmm.

And the next page I made for all the guests to sign at the party. Then she will be able to look back over the years and see their comments.

And I designed the last two pages to fit nicely side by side. Note: I will add photos after her birthday so you can see how it will all come together ;).
